Bro. Boucher has been very active in Local 833 for over 40 years. Before he became our FST in 2015, Dave was a Divisional Steward from 1978-2011 (Enamel & Foundry). In 2011 he served as our President unitl 2014. In the past he has held Chair of the Education committee and Publicity committee, along with being a member of numerous other committees. He is currently on the Executive Board of CAP and is the editor of our newsletter.
