Sr. Caldwell has been a member of Local 833 since 1995. She has worked in many divisions, but spent most of her time in Generator & Brass, before becoming RS in 2017. In 2020 & 2023, Sr. Caldwell ran unopposed. Sr. Caldwell is a proud member of LUCA. She is also a member of the Education & Community Service Committees and the Chair of the Publicity Committee. Sr. Caldwell has received training in Ottawa and Black Lake for newly elected officers, grievance handling/bargaining/strike, & LUCA; also she was elected as a delegate to the 38th Constitutional Convention held in Detroit, MI.
