Tim Tayloe

Bro. Tayloe started at Kohler Co. in 1986. He started in the Foundry, on the turn tables, then moved on to the Osborn pouring iron, where he became Divisional Steward. In 2001, he moved to the Engine Division. Soon after, he became Steward,  later was elected in as Chief Steward. In 2014, Tim was elected in as President of UAW Local 833. He ran unopposed in 2017, 2020, & 2023. Tim has been active in the Union & their Committees, holding many positions over the past 31 years: Local 833 Guide, Executive Board, Education Chair, Union Label Chair, Worker to Worker program, Scholarship Committee, Recreation Committee, Local 833 C.A.P. Chair, and currently holds a position on the Wisconsin State C.A.P. board member at Large. He has attended school for workers, multiple times, at Black Lake Training Center & Ottawa Training Center and was proud to be the voice for all workers rights as a Washington delegate 5 times.
