On January 25, 2020, President Tayloe presented Sheboygan Area CAP Council President, Tom Stoelb, with the Sheboygan Area CAP Council Lifetime Achievment Award. Tom has dedicated his life to helping the working people. Before Tom retired, he was the President of Local 1472 (Vollrath Company). Congratulations Tom!!
